How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days free. We remind you before the trial ends. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the end, your yearly plan starts. You pay nothing today.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Franko › Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I got a new phone. How do I keep my progress?
In Franko, open Settings › Account and sign in with Apple or Google. Then sign in with the same account on your new phone. To restore your subscription, tap Restore Purchases.
How do I delete my account?
In Franko, open Settings › Account › Delete account. This deletes your progress and personal data. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription: cancel it in iOS Settings too.
Is Franko financial advice?
No. Franko is a game for learning. Market calls involve no money. Nothing in Franko is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
